Information about Youth Hockey

Below is the refund policy for Northwood Hockey Boosters. Each refund must be requested in writing and all refunds will be discussed by the NHB board members and handled case by case. If a refund request is received and approved by the board, prior to December 1 of each year, you will receive a full refund of the amount, minus USA hockey fees and sports engine processing fees. If a refund request is received and approved by the board, between December 1 - 10, the maximum refund will be 80% of price paid, minus USA hockey fees and sports engine processing fees. If a refund request is received and approved by the board, between December 11 - 19, the maximum refund will be 75% of price paid, minus USA hockey fees and sports engine processing fees. If a refund request is received and approved by the board, between December 20 – 31, the maximum refund will be 50% of price paid, minus USA hockey fees and sports engine processing fees. Zero refunds will be given after January 1. We cannot control or offer any sort of refund for the USA Hockey fees or processing fees for Sports Engine. Additionally, all refunds will be assessed a $10.00 processing fee, per player. Full refunds (less the $10 processing fee) will be given until the first day of practice. There will be no refunds to scholarship athletes. **We do not offer any refunds due to lost practices or games due to weather. These are acts of nature for which we have no control over**
